Garbage Disposal Repair & Install
If your disposal is humming but not spinning, it's almost always a jam or a tripped overload — not a dead motor. We free the jam, reset the unit, and only quote a replacement when the motor really is shot.

Disposal Problems We Fix
- Humming but not spinning — jammed impeller. We clear it with the manufacturer's hex key, test rotation, and reset the unit. Usually a same-visit fix.
- Completely dead — tripped overload (reset button), failed power switch, or a real motor failure (rarer than you'd think).
- Leaks — sink-flange leak (top), dishwasher-hose leak (side), or housing leak (bottom — usually means replacement).
- Slow draining — usually downstream plumbing, not the disposal itself. We'll diagnose before recommending unnecessary work.
- Loud rattling — foreign object inside (spoon, bottle cap, fruit pit). We get it out.
New Disposal Installs
Replacing an existing disposal is usually a 30-60 minute job, including hauling away the old one. We carry Insinkerator and Moen replacement options ranging from basic-grind to quiet-mount higher-horsepower units, and we'll match the new unit to your sink, plumbing, and noise tolerance.
Brands We Service
Insinkerator (all Badger and Evolution series), Moen, Waste King, GE, KitchenAid, Bosch.
